We are pleased to inform you that as of 26 August 2024, Balkan Gas Hub EAD has launched a new service related to REMIT reporting of details of transactions related to contracts for natural gas supply, concluded outside the organized market of the BGH. The service is available to both members and non-members of the BGH, and is made possible by our partnership with SOLIEN S.R.O, Slovakia, a Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM).

In this respect and to reflect the changes and requirements introduced by Regulation (EU) 2024/1106 amending Regulations (EU) 1227/2011 and (EU) 2019/942, we have updated the BGH REMIT Reporting Agreement, as well as the price list for the reporting services.

To ensure compliance with the new REMIT provisions, we kindly request that all BGH members provide us with a signed copy of the updated agreement by the end of October 2024.
